Angel Wings

How do you get the angel wings to stay on?

Our angel wing props all come with straps to tie around the child’s shoulders. We also recommend clipping them on a stick and having an assistant hold them behind the child, using Photoshop to remove the handle.

What size do the baby and small wings fit?

The Infant angel wing props are great for newborns up to 5T, depending on the look you are trying to achieve. The Child angel wings are great for laying newborns on or any size child standing.

Tutu’s and Petti skirts

What size do the tulle tutus fit?

The tulle tutus come in two sizes, baby and small. The baby size is great for babies up to approximately 18 months. They are about 12 inches in length and have a slightly smaller waist than the small. The small tutus are great for babies up to preteens.  Please contact us if you have any concerns about the fit of the tutus.

What sizes do the petti skirts come in?

All our petti skirts come in one size. They have an adjustable waist band that buttons in place to fit most babies up to adults.

Backdrops

How do I clean my backdrop?

Our backgrounds are spot clean only.

What are the backdrops made out of?

All our backdrops are printed on a polyester blend, wrinkle resistant fabric.

Shipping

If it says in stock, will my order ship right away?

We strive to get your order to you as soon as we possibly can. We realize you don’t make any money if the products you need are not in your studio. However, your order will ship in the order it is received.

Even if an item is in stock, it still may need to be custom made, printed, etc. Please note that during busy shopping times of the day, several orders may come in at once, which can mean that we may oversell on that item. In that case, we will issue you a refund or backorder your item and ship it as soon as it becomes available.

When will my order ship?

Most of our orders will ship within 5 business days of your purchase. However, we do ask that you allow 3 weeks for shipping as some of our items are custom made when the order is placed. We do offer a “rush” service on most our items for a minimal fee.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

We do ship outside of the U.S., but the shipping charges are not always calculated accurately on our website.  If you would like a more accurate shipping quote before you order, please call or email our shipping department.

Returns

What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us within a week of receiving the item(s) and we’ll do our best to make it right.  If we are unable to do this, we may issue you an in exchange, store credit, or refund. All sale item purchases are final.
