If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please contact us within ONE WEEK of receiving your order and we will do everything we can to make it right.  If we are unable to meet your needs, we will issue an in store credit or refund.  Custom orders, for products not shown on our website, are returnable at a 50% refund.   1. I have been trying to send an email to the customer service email and it keeps bouncing back saying delivery error. I have also called and left a message but have not heard back from anyone. I placed an order Nov. 17th. A few weeks later, my order was delivered, there was a note that the rest of my order was being made and would be sent as soon as complete. That was for the Amelia Romper. I still have not received it it and was just wondering if I could get the status of the outfit. When I checked my order under my account, it said complete?

      I see you saw my message on facebook. We haven’t forgotten to send you your lace romper set; it’s just late in getting to us. We will ship out immediately upon arrival.
